Prior to engaging, deploying large quantities of TNT around the boss can be strategic; luring him onto these explosives and igniting them can result in significant damage, turning an otherwise insurmountable foe into a conquerable one through explosive force.

Defeating the boss yields a Star of Power, which is considered an achievement; however, capturing and displaying it pales in comparison to overcoming the largest boss in Minecraft PE. Successfully defeating it in survival mode is an accomplishment worth noting—an achievement certainly not easy to attain.
